I spent four year studying Economics and Management at Brunel. This was a thin sandwich degree course which involoved two six month periods of Industrial Placement. In June 1997, I graduated with a 2(i) BSc (Hons) degree.
My final year project was based on Price Discrimination in the Domestic Electrical Goods Market. The project involved applying the market knowledge I had built up during my time with the Monopolies and Mergers Commission to a particular economic area.
The key subjects covered during my degree course include;
Economics, Strategic Management, Business Ethics, Decision Making,
Organisational Behaviour, Financial Markets, Economic Modelling, Management Research Methods,
Industrial Economics, Organisational Development and Small Business Theory.
Throughout my final year at Brunel I worked for the Student's Union. In addition I was an active member of the Windsurfing club.

I passed 10 GCSE's including English and Mathematics. During my final year I was appointed as a senior prefect. This involved co-ordinating a team of 10 other prefects to designated tasks.
